Liability of content The contents of our webpages have been created very carefully. No responsibility will be taken for the correctness, integrity and topicality. As a service provider we are responsible for the contents on these pages, according to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG. But according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are neither held responsible to monitor any transmitted or externally saved information, nor to search for instances of unlawful activities. Not included is the obligation to delete or block the use of that content, according to common law. A liability though is only possible after the determination of a concrete infringement. We will delete any such contents, as soon as we learn about them.

Our offer is including links to webpages of third parties, to which contents we have no influence. Therefore we will not be held liable for any extern content. Liable will always be the provider or operator of those pages. The linked pages have been checked for possible infringements at the time the links were implemented. Illegal contents were not identifiable. A permanent monitoring of the links is not reasonable without any indication of infringement. We will delete the links immediately, if we learn about any unlawfulness.
