Yoga For The Right Balance
The latest club offer for the children is yoga! From now on, there are yoga session every Friday evening. It’s open to boys and girls. Yoga is an Indian philosophical practise that comprehends mental, physical and spiritual exercises. Through focusing the mind and stretching the body, the children can learn how to control their energies, create an inner balance and find their own self. Whether breathing, stretching or balancing exercises, up to now, the feedback is quite positive. Especially the older girl are excited about the offer, but also some boys join the group which grows steadily!
